Independent role

Perquity Intellect Private Limited is an independent case-management, documentation, commercial resolution and professional-coordination company. It is not the Ministry of MSME, a Government authority, MSEFC, court, tribunal, adjudicator or law firm. Enrolled advocates undertake legal practice and appearances where required under separate professional responsibility.

Eligibility and outcomes

Eligibility, jurisdiction, registration timing, limitation, admissibility, statutory interest, settlement, award, enforcement and actual recovery depend on the facts, applicable law, buyer and competent forum. The 45-day, 90-day and 75% references on this website summarise parts of the statutory framework and are subject to law and case-specific advice. No recovery or timeline is guaranteed.

Commercial terms and costs

“No Advance Professional Fee” means no Perquity professional charge merely to open, review, summarise or file an eligible matter. Government, portal, stamp, institutional, court, travel, advocate and other third-party costs may arise and should be separately disclosed. Recovery-linked terms, taxes, triggers and scope must be recorded in the Engagement Letter. Public website statements do not override executed terms.

Client control

The eligible MSE remains the statutory claimant. No settlement is concluded without authorised client approval. Buyer recovery payments should go to the client’s own designated bank account.
